Trial Exam




Hmm.. can say that is quite easy..
but for my additional maths,
Not good,
really hard..
damn hard..
and now exam,
very less online...
and stressful.
anything can let me to not be stress??
a lot of things need me to memories..



and now I learning yoga(by myself)..
a normal yoga..
is very easy,
sit in a position that make you comfortable..
and then listen to music,
a soft music,
breath in and out slowly..
5-10 minutes
then finish..
is very useful..
make me less from angry..^^
